Discover Hospital Three Day Diet Plan - Drop 9 Pounds In 3 Days

I will be the first to admit that my losing nine pounds in three days sounds hard to believe. Yet that's exactly what I did by implementing the hospital three day diet plan. The best part is that I not only felt better after doing it it, but I looked better, too. It's quick and it's safe. If you've ever had to stay a day or more in the hospital, then you have some idea of the food they're known for. After all, hospitals have long had a bad reputation when it comes to food. Food that is bland, boring and anything but enjoyable. Perhaps this is because they have to feed a lot of patients, and serve them healthy food. But, hospital food is actually getting better and better.

The Hospital Three Day Diet takes the best parts of the foods you would likely be served during a hospital visit. It also uses medical knowledge to determine which foods you can eat. This means substitutions aren't allowed. But it only lasts three days, and isn't intended to be an ongoing diet, but rather a quick start to get you motivated to lose more weight. If you would like to lose more, you can stop after the first three days, eat what you like (within reason) for four days, then do another three days of the plan.

Here is the basic Hospital Three Day Diet:

Day One

Breakfast: 1 c. black coffee or tea, 1/2 grapefruit, 1 slice plain toast, and 1 Tbsp. peanut butter.

Lunch: 1 c. black coffee or tea, 1 oz. cheddar cheese or 1 slice plain toast and 1/2 c. tuna (plain, water-packed)

Dinner: 3 oz lean meat, 1 c. carrots, 1c. green beans, 1 small apple, and 1 c. vanilla ice cream.

Day Two

Breakfast: 1 c. black coffee or tea, 1 slice plain toast, 1 egg, and 1/2 med. banana.

Lunch: 1 c. black coffee or tea, 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese or 1/2 c. tuna (plain, water-packed), and 5 saltine crackers.

Dinner: 2 beef hot dogs (no buns), 1 c. broccoli, 1/2 c. carrots or turnip greens, 1/2 med. banana, and 1/2 c. vanilla ice cream.

Day Three

Breakfast: 1 c. black coffee or tea, 1 small apple, 1 oz. cheddar cheese, and 5 saltine crackers.

Lunch: 1 c. black coffee or tea, 1 slice plain toast, 1 hard boiled egg.

Dinner: 1 c. tuna (plain, water-packed), 1 c. kidney beans or cauliflower, 1 c. beets or carrots, 1 c. cantaloupe or watermelon, and 1/2 c. vanilla ice cream.

Can you just imagine those exact foods on your food tray at the hospital? Whatever the reason, the Hospital Three Day Diet works. Losing nine pounds in three days is proof enough for me. Try it for yourself and see how happy you are with the results.
